Milwaukee Comedy is putting on a real old-fashioned-type variety show. It’s a win-win-win evening: Making audiences laugh, promoting local talent, and raising funds for wholesome homegrown comedy.
The holiday-themed show is called Christmas in Mil-waii! It includes a performance by the silent-film inspired group, The Marvelous Unspeaking Troupe of Entertaining Scoundrels (The M.U.T.E.S.).
The holiday-themed show will feature:
- standup from Ryan Holman
- sketch comedy from The M.U.T.E.S.
- and a surprise retro sitcom performed live on stage.
Don’t leave it to your friends to tell you afterward how entertaining this show was. Be there with them.
So that you feel even better about enjoying yourself so much, know that your $15 admission benefits the M.U.T.E.S. and Milwaukee Comedy.
It all begins as 8 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 8 at the Arcade Theatre, in The Underground Collaborative, 161 W. Wisconsin Ave. That’s the Lower Level of the Grand Avenue mall, down the spiral staircase from T.J.Maxx.
