Milwaukee had better be in the mood for a whole lot of comedy Thursday night, not the least of which is the Comedy Arcade.The monthly show – 7:30 p.m., at the Arcade Theatre, 161 W. Wisconsin Ave., lower level – features genuine Milwaukee stand-up comedy and a brand-new improv act called No Dice.
