This is very exciting news! After a short hiatus, one of the top improv workshops will return to the comedy scene this June.We are of course talking about the beloved Open Improv!
The details are still being worked out , but weekly Tuesday night workshop/open jam sessions will be hosted by local comedian and improvisation expert Patrick Schmitz (of Shmitz and Bogen Fame.)
An exciting tid-bit for you to think about: Open Improv was a major player in the creation of The Milwaukee Comedy Festival five years ago! This is certainly a great opportunity for seasoned and new comedians alike. The cost each week should be about $3-5, that’s cheep!
