Our friends at Cast of Killers Comedy Collective keep coming up with more open mics. They call this one Karma-geddon because it’s at the Karma Bar and Grill, 600 E. Ogden Ave.
Here’s the deal: Budding comics and standup wannabes show up at the Karma at 7:30 p.m. on the first Friday of the month. They sign in. They give it their best 5- to 7-minute performance when called upon. They stick around for accolades, constructive criticism and the fellowship of other funny folk and fans of funny.
