Catch the last weekend of Pink Banana Theatre’s “The End of the World” – the amusing and disarmingly poignant festival of one-act plays.
The end begins at 7:30 p.m., Friday, June 8, and Saturday, June 9, at Next Act Theatre, 255 S. Water St. Tickets are $12 online or $15 at the door.
The same 7:30 p.m. times and dates mark the opening of Angry Young Men’s “Full Frontal Puppetry: Summer Sell-Out.”

The family-friendly puppet-driven comedy also runs the weekends of June 15 and 16 and July 13, 14, 19 and 20.
Admission is $10 at Soulstice Theatre, 3770 S. Pennsylvania Ave., in St. Francis.
