Broadminded Comedy, Milwaukee’s longest-running sketch comedy troupe, has announced its next show: Participation Prize.
Performances are 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 23, 24 and 30 and Dec. 1, at the new Arcade Theatre, 161 W. Wisconsin Ave.
From the website: “Participation Prize features sketches about winning in life, losing in relationships, and showing up for everything else.” Content is appropriate for ages 15 and older. Tickets are $10.
Broadminded – aka Stacy Babl, Anne Graff LaDisa, Melissa Kingston and Megan McGee – debuted at the first Milwaukee Comedy Festival in 2006. They have performed in festivals in Chicago and Austin and continue to create and perform thoughtful, relevant, disarming comedy – even through the distractions of parenthood.
