T.I.M., The Improvised Musical, Milwaukee’s monthly make-it-up-as-they-go song-and-dance show, is back as usual, on the third Thursday of the month at ComedySportz, 420 S. 1st St.
The Improvised Musical (T.I.M.) – 7:30 p.m. May 21
The shows are Broadway-style musicals based on titles suggested on the spot by the audience. The Improvised Band is part of the impromptu performance. About the only thing that’s preordained is an intermission.
T.I.M. has been performing since 2011 and drawing such a following that manager are insisting you reserve tickets in advance or risk getting turned away. In fact, reserved tickets are $5, which you can get by calling (414) 272-8888 weekdays. Otherwise, if you wait and buy them at the door (if any are left), you pay $7.
Parking is free, and you’ll have access to the full restaurant and bar service at ComedySportz.
In addition, the May 21 show will be the last, apparently, for long-time cast member Amanda Carson. From Facebook:
This will be the last show that Amanda Carson so make sure to reserve your tickets now!
