Hair-raising musical comedy

Once again this year, the male cast members of The Improvised Musical (T.I.M.) are forgoing their razors and putting the “sha” in NoSHAVEmber.
From (whiskered) Facebook: “This month T.I.M. is working to raise donations for prostate cancer research. We’re growing our beards and mustaches, and we’re lookin’ burly for a cause! Come help us raise some money and make some funny!”
If you’re not aware, T.I.M. is the monthly improv show that creates a one-time broadway-type musical with singing, dancing, a four-piece band and a single suggestion from the audience. Following for this impromptu musical extravaganza continues to grow and has landed T.I.M. a nomination as a top Milwaukee theater company by the readers of Shepherd Express.
Showtime is 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 15, at ComedySportz, 420 S. 1st St.Admission is $5. And the bar and restaurant will be open. The shows are recommended for audiences 17 and older.
