We (Heart) Comedy

Valentine’s Week. It’s not just a day anymore. Because showing your Sweetie you care can’t be confined to one day, that’s why.

So here’s the first of several Milwaukee comedy events you can set your heart on.

It’s Wisconsin Hybrid Theater’s “Lonely Hearts of Sacred Heart Hospital,” Radio WHT’s adaptation of “Dangerous Liaisons.”

From Facebook: “a FREE show on a Monday night in a bar!”

And that’s not even the best part. Charles Sommers and Wisconsin Hybrid Theater are performing an original radio soap opera based on “Danger Liaisons.”

According to advance word on the show, it involves doctors, nurses, seduction, betrayal and beer. See what the Shepherd Express says about it: http://www.expressmilwaukee.com/blog-7778-radio-whts-valentines-day-show.html

It includes the theatrical talents of Deb Burnham, Jack Farwell, Ira Hampton, Olive Hampton and Mosey Wells.

The romantic drama begins whenever you get there with your date. The show starts at 8 p.m., Monday, Feb. 13, at Frank’s Power Plant, 2800 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. And it’s free!
