Broadminded, Milwaukee’s all-women sketch comedy troupe, broadminded, is cooking up its newest show, Broadminded Buffet.
From the news release: “Broadminded has invited some of its most beloved friends of comedy to collaborate with them on a smorgasbord of sketches that audiences will devour. The show promises to have the musical, live, and video sketches you have come to expect from the broads themselves with a new spin from some old friends. Look for comedians from your favorite local ensembles like ComedySportz, Meanwhile, and Worst Case Scenario. The show is appropriate for ages 15 and up. “The broads” – as only they can call themselves – are Stacy Babl, Anne Graff LaDisa, Melissa Kingston and Megan McGee. They have been together since 2006 – which is a lifetime, if you’re a kindergartner – and have written and performed in more than 150 original sketches, including at the Austin Sketch Fest last year and each year of the Milwaukee Comedy Festival.
