Caste of Killers Comedy Collective is getting the audience involved in cutting up clothing at its next High Brow Comedy Show.
The Milwaukee standup troupe is having a contest described thusly on its website: “our theme will be dirty, sexy t-shirts. Take an old t-shirt and some scissors and turn it into something that would never be allowed in church.”
The grand prize is a free drink and “a less dirty, less sexy t-shirt with a Caste Of Killers logo on it.”
As always, the show is free. It starts at 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 14, at Nice Ash Bar, 327 W. Main St., Waukesha. The MC will be Liza Marie with feature artists Erik Monical, Duncan Carson and Damon Millard.
I’m pretty sure this is the first contest of its kind,” says Millard. “The way it’ll work is this: The audience is encouraged to wear some kind of sexy t-shirt, or maybe a t-shirt with a ‘dirty’ phrase or picture. There are no hard or fast rules – just have fun with it. At the end of our show, we’ll parade those who wish to be in the competition portion of the show around and let the audience yell for their favorite.”
