Remember how a long, long time ago, last week, we told you about The Goodnight Milwaukee Show with Jake Kornely and Tyler Menz?
We called them likable and clever and applauded them and their cast, including Greg Bach, Erik Koconis, Lee Rowley and Chris Schmidt, for intelligent entertainment and variety and yada, yada, yada. Remember that?
Well, fast-forward way ahead to this week, and it turns out that Jake and Tyler are performing last Saturday’s show again. This time, it’s at ComedySportz, 420 S. 1st St., rather than where they were last week, at the Arcade Theatre, in the Underground Collaborative.
Consider all the work everybody puts in for one show, and this second round makes sense. It gives the crew a chance to get more production from their efforts. It potentially exposes them to new audience members.
And here’s what’s in it for you: If you missed the first show at the Arcade Theatre, you can try to catch the second round at ComedySportz.
(second) Goodnight Milwaukee 9 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 4
Doors open at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 online or $7 at the door.
