Only one day left for comedians to submit entries to the second season of Milwaukee’s Funniest Comic contest at Giggles Comedy Pub. March 25 is the deadline.
Giggles intends to give up to 20 comics six (6) minutes each to try to win over the audience. The top three vote-getters face off in a final round, which involves another six minutes of material. The audience picks who’s No. 1 (for a $100 prize) and who’s second ($50). The third person gets $25.
Giggles notes on its Facebook page that its first competition landed four new comics into the club’s weekly lineup, including last year’s winner, Bryan Schmear.
To be part of that powerful audience, show up at 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 30 at Giggles, 19115 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield. You’ll need $2 to get in.
