Just to remind everyone, Milwaukee is the birthplace and global headquarters of the ComedySportz franchise.
The game-oriented short-form improv institution celebrated its 30th anniversary last year. Occasionally it takes the opportunity to showcase ComedySportz comedians from satellite locations who come to the mother ship to perform. As part of its 2014 anniversary, ComedySportz hosted 24 ComedySportz teams from across the country and its outpost in England.

Of course, those out-of-towners will be taking to the arena alongside hometown Milwaukee-based improvisers. That means you can watch familiar funny faces performing with the imported talent.
ComedySportz tickets cost $10 for the 7:30 shows and $12 for the 10 o’clocks. Admission is $8.50 for the Saturday matinee. *The Facebook page also tells you how to get half off on tickets for Friday, Oct. 23.
